NEW Chevalier FBB-110L Horizontal Boring Mill

MACHINE FEATURES:

Extra rigid design of main machine body and column ensure outstanding structural stability. One piece machine base design with box ways on all axes provides fully support at table. The 35 HP, 50 taper spindle runs with 2-speed gear headstock that generates maximum 1,500 NM@165 rpm to overcome most tough material cutting condition. The fully programmable rotary table comes with angular scale that indexes minimum 0.001 degree with ±15 sec in accuracy. The maximum part load is even up to 10 tons. The high quality of C3 grade ball screws and linear scales assure the machine positioning in 0.0002” always. The standard 60-tool magazine with double arm ATC accepts tool’s weight up to 55 lbs. The standard lift-up chip conveyor and an internal chips auger are all standard accessories.
